Note that the MBTA Number 1 bus stops within 0.3 miles of both hotels and the church and reception site. It runs between Harvard Square, Cambridge and Dudley Square, Roxbury, every 10-15 minutes, so may provide good a transportation option for those without cars. The recently-renovated Colonnade Boston Hotel is located on the border of Boston’s Back Bay and South End neighborhoods, and is is a good launching point for Boston landmarks like the Copley Square, the Boston Public Library, Christian Science Center, and the Prudential Center. It is convenient to the Green Line subway with service to Boston Common, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and other major sights. It is approximately 1.7 miles (ten-minute drive/taxi ride) from the church and reception location.

The rate includes complimentary breakfast and access to the hotel’s indoor pool. The hotel offers free shuttle service from the airport and to other locations around town, and local bus service is available within walking distance.

A few of you have inquired about accommodations closer to Sarah and Dick deLima in Cohasset. Here are two good options. Please note that these hotels are farther from the wedding action: driving from Cohasset to the church and reception site in Boston will take about 45 minutes, and driving from Cohasset to the Sunday brunch in Concord will take about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
